TEMPLOUX

I enjoyed the weekend with my dear friend Esther in Temploux, visiting the biggest brocante/antique market in Belgium (6 km!), which takes place once a year in August. It is such a delight to be there and so exciting to spot unique finds for good prices! We went home satisfied, the car loaded with great porcelain to redecorate. They already look gorgeous, don't you think??!

Between a million things I found this great pair of antique porcelain legs (left). My heart was beating fast cause the year before I found this elegant Half Doll (right), produced between 1900 and 1920.

This could not be a coincidence. I just found her legs!!

When I got home I rushed upstairs to get the girl and try them on. And YES!

..or...no..they were not hers..

Another reason to go back to Temploux next year..!
